The Nigerians stood up to the French.

In what seemed to end a tie game Spain won.
Spain 4 - 2 Honduras

Japan is the first Asian nation to win a match in this U-17 World Cup
Japan 3 - 1 Haiti

The only tied game of the day.
Argentina 0 - 0 Siria
